Lag B'Omer

We had a great time at La Jolla Shores again this year. We had to drive through rain to get there but there was no rain in La Jolla. The bonfire was big. Weather was not bad, though there had been a heatwave several days before. Waves were big and a couple came all the way to the seawall between the beach and sidewalk. Tried to spot Esther in Meron on the webcam but no luck.

Mendy's Surgery

Hey everyone, we went in today (Monday) to get Mendy's tubes put in and he also had his tonsills and adnoides shaved down to help him breathe better and not have to go around with his mouth hanging open.Baruch Hashem all went well and we were out of there sooner than we planned. When we got home, Mendy and I both fell asleep for a couple of hours and once he woke up he was feeling fine and chirppy. He was playing around and laughing almost as usual, B"H. I will hopefully keep you all posted on how the rest of the recovery will be IY"H. He has to stayhome from school this week and he can only eat liquids or really soft foods. B"H he is great about taking the medication so far, although Dina was crying tonight because she also wanted medicine, and water in the medicine spoon was not enough for her!!Speak to you soon !!!!!

Our Blog

Now that we have Skype, who needs a blog? Maybe the administration at Esther's sem has not heard of Skype and has not blocked it. All Esther has to do is carry a webcam in her purse and plug it into the computer, when the administration isn't looking. As for Ari's desire for wedding pictures, he'll have to wait until Shira gets a computer, or Shaindy (or someone else) lets her use theirs.

What an amazing wedding. Unfortunately there's no proof that you guys actually got married bc our pictures got deleted, and apparently everyone else's were as well. . . hint hint.
